Documents submitted for analysis are securely destroyed upon completion of your engagement. Personal contact information is retained only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.

DDF is not responsible for the destruction or damage to any physical or digital documents or other evidence. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will not transmit (and DDF will not receive) "Original Evidence" of any kind. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Original Evidence" shall be defined as "Physical or digital materials that constitute firsthand evidence in a proceeding (i.e., not an admissible copy)."

⚠ WARNING The mishandling of digital files from the time you receive them to when they are transmitted to us can affect the results. Please take all appropriate steps to preserve digital evidence and related chains of custody, which may involve obtaining a forensic copy of it through a qualified expert.
